Dear Admitted Spartans(Fall 2014) . I wish you all Happy journey from our mother country INDIAAAAA :))) . i wanted to share a few details about things that you could do after getting here to San Jose :) . We all know that its very important to maintain the balance between the study and the social life. Good company is always good for us! so, here are few places which are very close and would just need a VTA Pass to go. ( You can collect VTA Pass from the first floor of Student Union building at Transportation department : timings :

. ONce you got ur tower card from the Bursar's Office in 9th street , you can directly go to Transportation department and take the VTA Sticker. ) . It is always good for you if you know many people !! . Here are the places with directions, with Less walking. no need to depend on someone to drive u or take you !! you can go anytime , just check the transit timings.

1. Shri Krishna Vrundavana Temple : just 2 miles from SJSU. : Food is served afternoon and in the evening for FREE after Pooja . timings of pooja : afternoon : 12pm to 1pm, eveininng : 7pm to 8pm . 6. I recently found a Buddhist temple place in Sunnyvale (through a friend) that offers free vegetarian lunch (12:30pm~1:30pm, M~F) and dinner (haven't been to one yet, so don't know the schedule from Monday~Friday), it helps me lose weight, so here're their website 'n in

How to get California State Driving Licence ? Full procedure. Based on My Experience.

This is how you have to start with :

Have your Passport, i20, i94 ( take printout ) , and if you have International licence or licence from your home country ,  then make sure you don't miss any of these to the Nearest DMV Office.

                      Usually you will have to walk in to the DMV office if you don't book an appointment online. don't worry , if you go early enough like 7 am. you can straight away take the test without appointment. they will give you the token and you will have to wait until your time come where your ticket number will be shown on the screen followed by your counter number to verify and make you ready for the test. the Fee for the written test is $34 . this test is mandatory for Everyone who's seeking a driving licence . be it Motorcycle , or any automobile. i have tried my best to put every paper together in the above mentioned channel to make it easy for you to get 100% in the test.

Go in a good dress as if you will be taken a snap there for the Written test. once your done with it then you will be directed to the Written test paper issuing window. take the paper. be with cool mind. you can take as much time as you want to fill the answers. so , why hurry ? be cool and then double check your answers . All questions will be framed from The California DMV manual. its always best idea to go-through Official DMV channel : @

Because there are many live illustrations of rules and important things that one should know if appearing for the Driving Test or the Written test.

once your done with your exam and if you don't score less than 30 out of 36 Questions. you will be given a Temporary Driving licence.

Case 1 :
 If you have given your international driving licence or Driving licence from your home country while booking the test, you will be issued a Temporary Driving Licence once you clear the Written test with a condition that you will have to book Driving slot in 2 months. you don't need an instructor with California Driving licence sitting next to you when you are driving. which is not the case with the Candidates who don't have licence from their own country .

Case 2 :
If you don't have Driving licence from your own country then your temporary driving licence which you will get after clearing the written test is only valid if a Person with CA Driving licence who's older than 18 should be sitting next to you when you are driving ! . if you dis obey the law then the consequences are extreme.

Finally . once you book the Driving test slot. be prepared to go early if you don't have an appointment. usually , in Driving test, an instructor will be sitting next to you and will ask you to drive with all rules what you have learnt. Do well. All the very best :) .
